2000
Robert Chojnacki, Michal Kosyrz and Maciej Dymkowski establish REDNET Ltd.
2001
Launch of the first professional marketplace with primary market real estate offers in Poland: tabelaofert.pl.
2002-2003
REDNET Consulting is founded, while the real estate market is in crisis. Contrary to the opinions of most analysts, REDNET predicted a significant improvement of the economic situation. This forecast was published in the first REDNET Consulting report about the housing market "Residential market in Warsaw. Is the worst behind us?"It turned out that the predictions were correct as in 2006 residential property prices surged as much as 50%.
2003
tabelaofert.pl scope is extended to include offices, warehouses, retail space and land plots.
2004
REDNET Ltd. organises the first Central European Real Estate and Investment Fair "CEPIF".
2005
REDNET Ltd. creates the first investment package in the Polish real estate landscape addressed to foreign investors. In the meantime, it expands its trade fair activities to other cities like Wroclaw, Krakow, Poznan and Tritown, becoming the first and only nationwide organiser of housing fairs.
2006
REDNET Ltd. creates the Investor Club - a service for investors offering packaged purchases of properties, both to foreign
and Polish investors.
2006-2007
REDNET Management is established as the group's residential facility management company. Just a few months later, REDNET24, a real estate agency with presence on both the primary and secondary market, is born.
2008
Identifying the need for complementary services to fit out the properties traded by its clients, the group creates another entity, specifically dedicated to interior design and fit out: REDNET Dom.
Tabelaofert.pl becomes an independent entity. The portal, mainly associated with the primary market, expands its activity to include offers of individual clients and real estate agencies.
2009
REDNET Management expands its activity to the segment of residential community management. In the same year,
the company becomes one of the leaders in the residential facility management market.
2011
tabelaofert.pl starts a new business line: registering historical monuments on a commission base from local governmental authorities.
2012
REDNET Property Group organises the conference "The housing market in the years 2012-2022. Are we going to lose
a decade?" with guest speakers Dr. Andrzej Olechowski and Professor Krzysztof Rybinski.
tabelaofert.pl launches a mobile version of the platform.
2013
REDNET Management gains a new shareholder: Impel Cleaning Ltd.
2014
REDNET Management expands its operations to include cleaning services and maintenance, and changes its name to Integrum Management.
Launch of Polski Koszyk Ltd. and its online prime grocery store polskikoszyk.pl, focused on organic and local products.
2017
Establishment and registration of Premium Properties Closed Investment Fund (RFI Number 1541). REDNET Property Group receives the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for the management of Premium Properties.
The goal of Premium Properties is to develop residential housing projects in large and medium-sized Polish cities, as well as
in attractive touristic locations.
REDNET Investment commences operations. The new entity is formed to provide comprehensive support for pre-development, starting with determining investment goals, through their analysis, to executing the formal process of land acquisition. Thereafter REDNET Investment assumes responsibility for investment project roll out: from construction and financial engineering, to sale or commercialisation.
2018
Acquisition of the first land plot for new apartment complex investment in Gaski: a total of 400 apartments with amenities to be built in several buildings alongside the beach. Acquisition of a second land plot in Radom to extend an existing residential project (260 apartments planned in two buildings).
2019
Acquisition of land plots in Poznan - Staroleka for a new residential project with a total of 280 apartments in multiple buildings and two stages.
Acquisition of majority stake (80%) in SPV land plot owner in Poznan - Piatkowo. The stake was acquired from one of the largest developers in Poznan: Nickel Development Group. In the same year, Premium Properties starts constructions and sales under the trade name Start Piatkowo, with a total of 233 apartments in one structure.
Beginning of residential construction in Gaski, near Mielno, marketed under the trade name 'Let’s Sea Baltic Park'. The first stage, that includes 90 apartments in three buildings directly adjacent to the beach and an underground parking lot, is to be completed in the fall of 2021.
2020
Start of construction and sales of the first stage of the Radom project comprising 139 apartments as well as a 600m² retail space marketed as ‘Mieszkania Zbrowskiego’.
REDNET Property Group starts the first stage (133 apartments) of the development and sale process of the ‘Widok Warta’ project in Poznan Staroleka.
New purchase of land plot in the Poznan Naramowice district with a view to build 500+ apartments in 4 stages.
